This Bamboo Butchers Board is designed for use with high quality knives. This bamboo board is hard enough to retain its smooth surface whilst being soft enough to prevent your kitchen knives from dulling. It is also very easy to clean. If taken care of, it should last almost forever. Before first use, rub the surface with cooking oil and repeat this process once in a while. After each use just clean it with a cloth, some warm water and if required some washing-up liquid. Finally, dry it.
